At the official store of Imtinan Ahmad, every hardcopy book is thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before dispatch to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Books:

If you receive a book with missing pages, printing defects, binding errors, or damage caused during courier transit, we offer a free replacement.

Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your package with a photo/video of the defect or damage.

Wrong Item Received:

If you received a different book title or order than what you purchased, we will dispatch the correct copy immediately at no additional cost.

Signed Editions Policy:

Author Signed Copies are personally hand-signed by Imtinan Ahmad. These copies are non-returnable unless received in a damaged, misprinted, or defective state.

Exchange Conditions:

Books must be unused, unread, and kept in their original packaging to qualify for a replacement.

Change of mind after order dispatch is not eligible for a return or refund.
